Leprechaun Headband

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  Check out this cute headband I made for my daughter, based on a free pattern by the talented Repeat Crafter Me!

Everyone loves St. Patrick’s Day, right?  I realized my daughter has outgrown last year’s special green shirt and so I whipped this up for her to wear to school for the big day.  She LOVES it!  Such a cute, easy project to do.  I’ve put all the details of this project below.

Pattern: Crochet Leprechaun Hat Headband by Repeat Crafter Me
Yarn: Loops & Threads Impeccable Solids
Hook: 5 mm

Believe it or not, this time I followed the pattern exactly!  I’m thrilled by the way it turned out.  I used an old purple headband and single crocheted around it to make it green, just like the pattern instructs, with hot glue on the ends.  I will still be able to cut the yarn off if I want her purple headband back!

The stuffed hat looked like a pot of gold…

Happy crafting!!
